Vitamin C plays an essential role as it is recognised as helping to contribute to normal collagan formation and finction of bones and cartilage.

Ingredients: Emulsifier (Polysorbate 80), medium chain triglycerides, gelatin (bovine), ginger extract (Xinger officinale Rocs.), stabilser (glycerol) curcumin extract (Curcuma Longa L.), vitmain C (L-Ascorbic Acid), water, thickening agent (beeswax), stabiliser (silica), lecithin, iron oxide, acidity regulator (citric acid). 

Recemended Daily intake: Initial Dosage: 2 capsules daily for 4 weeks. Maintenance Dosage: 1 capsule daily.  Not intended for use by persons under the age of 18 years. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store at room temperature (under 25C) Keep out of the reach of children.
